Andrew Stewart
Mindfulness Counsellor | Workshop Facilitator

Reaching out for support is a meaningful and often courageous step. As a counsellor, I offer a space that’s grounded in presence, kindness, and genuine care—where you can feel safe to be yourself and explore whatever’s on your mind or heart.
My work is shaped by mindfulness, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s story. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who may feel unseen or unheard—those navigating gender and sexuality, living with serious health concerns or diagnoses, or feeling marginalised in general.
I also have a background in helping professionals recover after workplace performance missteps or failures—moments that can deeply shake our confidence, identity, and wellbeing. I understand how isolating those experiences can be, and I’m here to help you move forward with self-understanding, strength, and resilience
Whether you're facing relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, identity questions, or simply a sense of being stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to walk beside you while gently encouraging a more nurturing, compassionate and kind self-view. This is a space where all of you is welcome.
If something here resonates, you're warmly invited to get in touch to see if we’re a good fit. .
